"Icicle"
An all too familiar sight, recently. Ground & trees are still covered in snow, and Philadelphia is expecting another big storm this week.

We've got icicles where I've never seen icicles before, and BIG ones! Yours almost seems to be part of that iron structure; they meld into one another. Between the iron and the ice, they feel COLD.
